Cook with Riccardo: try his recipe for sarde in saòr!

Ingredients (serves 8) :

sardine 1 kg
white onions ½ kg
½ glass of white wine vinegar
flour
oil
salt

Preparazione :

Start with the sardines: clean them by removing head, fins and entrails, then wash and dry them, lightly coat in flour and fry in hot oil until crisp.

Separately, cut the onion, stir fry it in a pan with oil, add the white vinegar, salt and cook over a low heat. Try to keep the onions not overcooked.

When the onions have cooled, put a layer of sardines in serving dish, then a layer of onion, and continue until all the fish and onions have been used (the last layer must be onions).

Then to rest in the refrigerator.

Der Platz ist einfach super.. die Santiäranlagen sehr sauber und der Strand für uns ein Traum. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag ist hier genau richtig. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sanitäre Anlagen werden gut gepflegt. Kleiner Shop hat ein gutes Sortiment zu fairen Preisen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Restaurant auf dem Gelände ist auch sehr gut. Der Strand ist toll! Perfekt mit Kleinkind. ENGLISH: Toilet facilities are well maintained. Small grocery has a good assortment at fair prices. The nearest supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away.
