Air conditioning is managed through the Climacard © system.
The Climacard © is given to you at check-in (with a deposit of € 10,00). The card is loaded with the running time that you can use during your stay.
How much time is available?
The card is loaded with 6 hours a day multiplied by the duration of your stay (Ex: 7-night stay = 6 hours x 7 nights = 42 hours total to be used freely).
How is it used?
To operate the air conditioner, insert the ClimaCard® into the upper slot of the reader near the indoor split, with the chip facing downwards towards the wall.
Switch the reader on with the on/off button and select the temperature using the (+) and (-) buttons.
After use, switch the reader off with the on/off button.
During use, the loaded credits will be decreased in 1-minute increments.
To switch from cooling to heating function, press the (+) and (-) buttons simultaneously. The operating symbol is changed.
Remove the card from the card reader only after the air conditioner has been switched off completely.
Can the card be recharged?
In the event that you run out of credits, you can recharge your ClimaCard by contacting the reception desk during the cash desk hours (8 a.m. - 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.).
Recharging is done in multiples of 6 hours.
The price is € 4.50 per 6-hour recharge.
