This is why our Al Boschetto Restaurant and Pizzeria, always attentive to the quality of products and raw materials, offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

Cook with Riccardo: try his recipe for sarde in saòr!

Ingredients (serves 8) :

  • sardine 1 kg
  • white onions ½ kg
  • ½ glass of white wine vinegar
  • flour
  • oil
  • salt

Preparazione :

Start with the sardines: clean them by removing head, fins and entrails, then wash and dry them, lightly coat in flour and fry in hot oil until crisp.

Separately, cut the onion, stir fry it in a pan with oil, add the white vinegar, salt and cook over a low heat. Try to keep the onions not overcooked.

When the onions have cooled, put a layer of sardines in serving dish, then a layer of onion, and continue until all the fish and onions have been used (the last layer must be onions).

Then to rest in the refrigerator.
